Our Post home was rebuilt in 1974 after a fire destroyed
the original structure. The back of the building
is completely glass and overlooks the Shawangunk Mountains and
Mohonk. Upstairs is a meeting room, full kitchen facilities,
and lounge. It also houses a large banquet hall downstairs,
complete with kitchen facilities for on-premise catering. Ample
parking is available for members & guests at all post functions
There is also a large outdoor permanent pavilion for outdoor
events.
VFW Post
8645 is an active Post with lots of events for its members and
community. There are about 350 members and we enthusiastically
welcome new members to join us.
